Orders placed via our Click & Collect service are required to be collected from your nominated store within 14 days of receiving your "Ready to Collect" email.
Orders that remain uncollected after this period will be cancelled and refunded (less any applicable Buy Now, Pay Later fees).
We will endeavour to take all reasonable measures to ensure you are made aware that your order is ready to collect, including sending a secondary, courtesy email seven days after your original "Ready To Collect" email as a reminder, if the order remains uncollected at that time.
