Per our Terms of Service, GST (Goods and Services Tax) is charged on all applicable orders and is clearly displayed in a cost breakdown at checkout.
GST is only applied to orders within Australia and New Zealand, in accordance with Australian and New Zealand federal tax regulations.
GST is not an "extra fee" in the traditional sense as there is no extra "GST fee" being charged, it is simply that a portion of the product's value is removed in line with the amount that is due in taxes from that sale.
Orders made outside of Australia and New Zealand do not incur GST charges and therefore the component of tax otherwise attributed to these orders is removed from the standard price of the product.
Purchase prices are therefore the same for both non-GST orders and GST-inclusive orders.

We are unable to refund/credit the the GST component of any orders. If you are wishing to apply for a tax exemption or to recoup some of the taxable component of your order, please consult your eligibility relevant to the taxation laws applicable in the country the items are being shipped to.
