Why haven't I earned points for some of my purchases?
Only orders placed directly through us, either online on our official website or in-store in our retail space, will be eligible to earn loyalty points.
If you have any orders associated with your account that were made via our other seller platforms, these orders will not earn loyalty points, nor will they contribute to your lifetime spend when determining rewards tier.
PLEASE NOTE: Any purchases made prior to the formation of our loyalty program in July 2019 will not earn points and not contribute to lifetime spend when determining your tier level.
