After your order has been placed it immediately begins to process through our system to make its way to you as quickly as possible! After this process has begun, it is very difficult to amend an order.
While we cannot guarantee this is possible, please contact Customer Care urgently should you wish to check, including your Order Number/s and specific address amendment details in your request.
Due to courier limitations outside of our control, we can attempt but cannot guarantee to redirect your parcel to an eligible postcode once in transit.
In order to process an in-transit parcel redirection, we're required to create a new, additional postage label to send to our couriers. This will incur an additional shipping charge equal to the initial shipping cost paid.
Please contact Customer Care urgently to ensure payment is made and your order is flagged by our couriers asap so it has the best chance of arriving at the new intended address.
