I think I should have levelled up a tier - how do I check?

Our system should update your points balance, unlock your rewards and level you up a tier instantaneously upon purchase.

To double-check which tier you should be, check our our Rewards page for more info.

Please note that our rewards tiers are determined by total spend over the lifetime of your account - not the total points accumulated!

In the rare event your tier does not update automatically, please allow a 24 hour incubation period before contacting Customer Care to investigate further.
