I received an Order Confirmation email but just got notified my products are out of stock!

From time to time stock errors may occur as a result of a web-to-warehouse synchronising lag, receiving damaged stock or an incorrect stocktake.
We try to do everything in our power to minimise these occurrences, including conducting regular stocktakes, Quality Assurance checks and regular system updates, but acknowledge we aren't always able to control this!
As a result, you may be contacted by Customer Careprior to your order being dispatched to advise a product contained within it is now out of stock.
We will work with you to determine the most appropriate resolution for the inconvenience, based on the expected date for restock.
