CHANGE OF MIND:

We will happily provide a refund or store credit for products purchased in-store or online, subject to the following conditions: 

  • The products being returned are in sealed, unused and re-sellable condition

  •  Proof of Purchase accompanies the returned product (in-store only)

  • The request for return or exchange is within 30 days from the date of purchase or collection

  • The product is not a Trading Card Game (TCG), including Sports Cards, Sport Stickers and TCG Singles

  • The item was not an in-store exclusive clearance product

Products can be returned either in-store at Clayton South or Brunswick or via post at:

Please note the following: 

  • We are currently unable to process any exchanges via post. 

  • We are currently unable to process any returns via post for any in-store purchases.

Please download and complete our Returns Form below, and include this inside your return parcel. Any return postage is to be covered by the customer. 

All returns will be carefully inspected by our staff upon receipt into our warehouse or in-store to ensure the above conditions are met, prior to approving a refund. It is an expectation that our customers advise us of any issues relating to their order prior-to or at the time-of returning the product to us for consideration.

Any returns deemed non-complaint with the above conditions will consequently not be eligible for a refund or exchange and will be held at our warehouse until such time as the customer returns to collect their product or pays to have the product re-shipped.

If return postage is not paid by the customer within 14 days of being notified of their quality inspection outcome, the product will be considered abandoned and we will dispose of it.

Note that online refunds are provided for the product only and do not include reimbursement for any shipping already paid.

PLEASE NOTE:
Any requests made to exchange or refund orders placed where a Buy Now, Pay Later method was used, will incur a 5% fee of the total purchase price, due to the associated fees charged by these companies to us in these circumstances.
