We take allegations regarding re-sealing/counterfeit products very seriously as we pride ourselves on maintaining close relationships with our licensed publishers and suppliers. This includes ensuring we do not disgrace either these companies, or their products by engaging in deceptive business practices.
At Gameology, we do not and have never resealed any products we sell to customers.
We sell products in the same condition in which we receive them, direct from our trusted suppliers - that is, in original shrink.

Due to varying processes that may be employed during a product's manufacture, there may be inconsistencies in the appearance of the shrink wrapping which seals the products before they are distributed, or the appearance of the products encased within it. This in no way indicates that the product has been resealed or otherwise at any point, nor that it is not fit for purpose.
If you have concerns regarding the integrity of your TCG product, our best recommendation is to contact the relevant publisher support team directly, providing photos so they are able to accurately assess these claims.
