After your order has been placed it immediately begins to process through our system to make its way to you as quickly as possible! After this process has begun, it is very difficult to cancel or amend an order.
While we cannot guarantee this is possible, please contact Customer Care urgently should you wish to check, including your Order Number/s and specific cancellation/amendment details in your request.
PLEASE NOTE: During Black Friday/Cyber Monday, Holiday Periods and Business Closures, we are unable to adjust or amend any order requests that will change, remove or add items to an already placed order.
Once an amendment request has been received by our team and the order is able to be withheld from dispatch, our team will confirm and action your request then release your order into the system again. Please note, this process may delay the dispatch of your order by up to 24 hours.
