I've moved since placing my pre-orders - can I change the address on my outstanding orders?

Updating the default address on your Gameology account will not automatically update the address of any outstanding orders registered to the account.
If you have changed addresses since placing pre-orders and wish to have these orders delivered to a new location, please contact Customer Care urgently, including your Order Numbers and specific cancellation/amendment details in your request.
Once an amendment request has been received by our team and the order is able to be withheld from dispatch, our team will confirm and action your request!
