Can I add or remove products in my pre-order?

We can certainly do this, subject to the following conditions:

• We cannot add any pre-order products to existing pre-orders (see: Can I add other pre-order products to my existing pre-order?)

• Any requests to ADD products made after 60 days (inclusive) from the order date cannot be accommodated.

• Requests to REMOVE products may not be accepted if the request is made within 3 business days of the pre-order release date.

If your request to alter your pre-order complies with the above conditions, please contact Customer Care including your Order Number/s and details of your specific amendment request, including any product barcodes (found on the product page) in your message.
