When will my pre-order arrive?

Products marked “pre-order” will be dispatched or marked for pick-up as soon as stock arrives to our warehouse.

If there is a pre-defined retail release date from a publisher that we are required to adhere to, your pre-order product will be held from dispatch or pick-up until its official release date.

My order included other stocked items with my pre-order - where are they?
