We endeavour to provide an accurate as possible release date on every pre-order product we list on our website. These Estimated Times of Arrival (ETAs) can be found within the first line of the relevant product’s description.
All ETAs are provided as an estimate only, as delays - disappointing and frustrating as they are - can occur from time to time due to circumstances beyond Gameology’s control. These include (but are not limited to):
shipping delays,
supplier shortages, and/or
manufacturing issues.
In the interest of maintaining transparency and fairness with our customers, if there are any major delays (2 months or more) that occur on a pre-order product, we will reflect this on the product's listing page and contact all affected customers via email to proactively inform them of the situation and their options moving forward.
