My order included other stocked items with my pre-order - where are they?

Per our Pre-Order Policy, if your order contains both pre-order products and additional stocked items, we will hold the entire order from dispatch or pick-up until all pre-order product/s are stocked in to our warehouse or the official release date for the final pre-order product/s has arrived.
If you would like to split your order and ship your stocked products immediately, please get in contact with Customer Care as soon as possible to arrange. Please note; this will incur an additional delivery charge as we will be splitting the original order into two separate orders.
If you would like to split your order and collect your stocked products from our retail store immediately, you are most welcome to do so and it is completely free of charge! Please get in contact with Customer Care before heading down to your preferred store so we're able to confirm whether the location has stock available for you to do so asap. In the event your chosen store does not have access to stock immediately, we will be required to initiate the transfer of your order across to the correct location, which may take up to 24 hours.
