Can I redirect my order?

Due to courier limitations outside of our control, we are unable to redirect a parcel once in transit. 

We recommend getting in touch with the relevant courier to see if this is possible to arrange:

If your order has not yet left our warehouse, it may be possible to make amendments prior to dispatch. 

While we cannot guarantee this is possible, please contact Customer Care urgently should you wish to check, including your Order Number/s and specific address amendment details in your request.
